Umm Al Quwain Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Center is an Emirati conciliation and arbitration center headquartered in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain. It was established by virtue of a decision of the Board of Directors of the Umm Al Quwain Chamber of Commerce and Industry in accordance with the powers granted to it by Law No. (1) of 2007 regarding the Umm Al Quwain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, issued by His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the Supreme Council of the Union and Ruler of the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain.

Umm Al Quwain Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Center is one of the first semi-governmental institutions that provide services in the field of conciliation and arbitration together. The reason for its establishment is to provide a system that enjoys speed and accuracy in addition to flexibility and high professionalism in resolving disputes that arise between investors at the lowest cost, if we compare it to traditional judiciary or other arbitration centers, as the goal of its establishment is to protect your gains and the elements of successful investment that everyone aspires to, as the success of your investments is our success.
