Model Conciliation and Arbitration Clause

Since conciliation and arbitration is a consensual means of settling disputes that express progress and progress between the parties, especially in commercial contracts, um Al Quwain Center for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration recommends that parties wishing to resort to conciliation or arbitration include in their contracts and agreements the following model conciliation or arbitration clause:

Conciliation clause: (Any dispute arising from the implementation, interpretation or termination of this contract or related to it in any way referred to conciliation in accordance with the rules of conciliation and arbitration at the um Al Quwain Center for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration).

Arbitration clause: (Any dispute arising from the implementation, interpretation or termination of this contract or related to it in any way shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of conciliation and arbitration at the um Al Quwain Center for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration).

Conciliation and arbitration clause: (Any dispute arising from the implementation, interpretation or termination of this contract or related to it in any way shall be referred to conciliation in accordance with the rules of conciliation and arbitration at the um Al Quwain Center for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration, and in the event that the dispute is not resolved by conciliation, it shall be finally decided by arbitration in accordance with the same rules).
