  • Submission of the application and commencement of conciliation proceedings:<\/li><\/ul>

    The administration of a conciliation request begins when a party submits a request for conciliation that includes:<\/p>

    • The name and capacity of each party to the conflict, their addresses and their representatives.<\/li>
    • A reference to the legal relationship from which the dispute arose or has a relationship with it.<\/li>
    • A summary of the nature and circumstances of the dispute giving rise to the application.<\/li>
    • Determination of the claims submitted by the Claimant and the amount or amounts claimed.<\/li><\/ul>

      Attached with a copy of the conciliation clause of the contract concluded between the two parties, and the prescribed registration fees, to the um Al Quwain Center for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

      After receiving the application and fulfilling the admission requirements, the Center sends the application and its attachments to the other party against it with a deadline for answering, in addition to paying the fees, if there is no conciliation clause or the Center is not named to resolve the dispute in the contract, the procedures may begin after all parties agree to resolve the dispute through the Center and pay the prescribed registration fees.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

      The parties shall select the conciliation panel from the list of conciliators approved by the Center, in the event that the parties do not specify or do not agree on the appointment of the Commission, the Center shall set a deadline for each party to independently announce its preferences from the list, otherwise the Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Committee shall appoint them from the list approved by the Center based on the criteria of qualifications announced by the parties that must be met by the conciliators, and their CV shall be submitted to the parties, and the Center shall send the letter of the conciliator(s) assigning him to consider the request.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      If the conciliation efforts are unsuccessful, the dispute shall not exist before the Center, and the rights of the parties to the conciliation shall not be affected in any way by what was presented or written during the validity of the conciliation proceedings, and the Center shall issue, at the request of the parties, a certificate clarifying that the dispute has been submitted before it, but the conciliation efforts have failed without expressing any comment or opinion on the subject.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
